The websites of Public Administrations are obliged to comply with the accessibility criteria under UNE 139803:2004 standard.
The Centro Nacional de Inteligencia is working on a process of continuous improvement so that its web portals comply with the principles of accessibility and usability established in article 4 of Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on Electronic Access of Citizens to Public Services.
In any case, any query or suggestion regarding accessibility to the Centro Nacional de Inteligencia’s Digital Office may be submitted via Complaints and suggestions.
