Technical requirements

In order to access the electronic office of the Centro Nacional de Inteligencia, you need to have at least:

  • a valid user in Cl@ve, in order to start a file;
  • an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for the volume of information to be transmitted. Certain procedures require sending documents with a maximum size of 4 MB per file;
  • web browser: Internet Explorer 7+, Google Chrome, Firefox 3.5+ or other current browsers;
  • Acrobat Reader v11 or higher.
  • The Autofirma application in the procedures that require a legal entity certificate.
